Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our policy dictates that we do not provide refunds for any courses, classes, or materials. Prior to making a purchase, we strongly advise reviewing demo videos on our website, free course videos, or our YouTube channel. It's important to note that we are not responsible if you find the course unsatisfactory after purchase. Refunds will only be issued in cases where payment has been erroneously made multiple times for the same course. In such instances, refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method within seven working days of the claim being finalized.

Cancellation Policy:

The institute employs strict refund policies for its classroom, online and Test Series programmes. It advises students to make a judicious decision before joining courses:

1. A student will not be permitted to cancel the registration and services if they drop out of a course for any reason.
2. Even in the event of a medical emergency or for any other reason, booking fees, registration fees, admission fees, or any other payments, etc., are not refundable. However, it is advisable to consult with the authorities and comprehend the explicit circumstances surrounding where, when, and how refunds may be requested.
3. Refund policies are subject to change, therefore before making payments, confirm the programme details with the institute.

In the event of registration cancellation, IAS Gurukul commits to promptly communicating such cancellations and any applicable refunds within a reasonable timeframe.
