About Prastuti Upadhaya
Prastuti Upadhaya graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi, in 2022. During her college years, she was highly active in extracurricular activities, particularly in debating, serving as an executive committee member of the university's Debating Society and representing NSUT at the Harvard National Model United Nations in 2019.
Before dedicating herself to the civil services preparation, she worked as a software engineer intern and subsequently as a Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce. She eventually decided to step away from the tech industry to pursue a career in public service.
She cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination using Sociology as her optional subject. She has been allocated to the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and is currently working under the Ministry of External Affairs.
