About Alan Siby
Dr. Alan Siby secured All India Rank (AIR) 289 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025. A medical graduate (MBBS), he finished his house surgency in 2023 before transitioning to civil services preparation.
Before qualifying, he worked with an NGO in Punjab helping communities affected by drug addiction, a real-world experience that gave him valuable perspective in his interview. His strategy focused on deep revisions of limited study resources.
