About Indu bala
Indu Bala Dhankhar belongs to Haryana. Prior to her success in the civil services, she gained professional experience in the field of academia, working as an Assistant Professor at the DPG Institute of Technology and Management (DPGITM) in Gurugram, Haryana.
Indu Bala opted for Sociology as her optional subject for the UPSC examinations. Balancing her academic job with exam preparation, she studied under the guidance of IAS Gurukul and utilized previous year questions (PYQs) to build a focused study plan.
Her hard work paid off in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024, where she secured an All India Rank of 541. Following her achievement, she was allocated to the Indian Police Service (IPS), and her success was celebrated by both her college community and her home state.
